Executive Director of Philanthropy, Arkansas Children's Foundation

Jill McIlroy, a native of Arkansas, joined Arkansas Children's Foundation in 2010 as an Annual Giving Officer. Over the past decade, she has established herself as a leader in the Foundation focusing on principal and planned giving, board engagement and strategic planning. Today, she serves as Executive Director of Philanthropy, leading a team that advances mission through investment-level philanthropy. Jill is CFRE certified and is active with the local Association of Fundraising Professionals chapter and Arkansas Gift Planning Council. Additionally, she is a leader in The Woodmark Group - a not-for-profit organization whose members include 26 preeminent children's hospitals in the U.S. and Canada - and serves as co-chair of the organization's Children's Circle of Care cohort.
