Margaret Fleming

Corporate Marketing Manager, CCS Fundraising

Margaret Fleming is a Corporate Marketing Manager at CCS Fundraising where she creates content and drives marketing efforts for an audience of 95,000 nonprofits. Margaret began her career as an AmeriCorps volunteer with a youth development nonprofit before acting as a creative arts therapist to hospitalized youth in New York City. Margaret subsequently worked with Pamoza, an international relief organization that offers development support to communities in Malawi, Africa. In each of these roles, Margaret served in fundraising, marketing, and operations functions. She is also the founder of the Intercollegiate Psychology Group, a pending nonprofit that offers professional development support in the field of psychology to 2,500 students worldwide. Margaret has extensive experience as a researcher at the Yale University Social Cognitive Development Lab, Center for High Impact Philanthropy, Cornell University College of Human Development, and the University of Pennsylvania College of Social Policy and Practice. Her research has focused on philanthropy, volunteer motivation, and psychological healing for disadvantaged populations.

Margaret received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with honors from Cornell University and holds a master's degree with honors in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, she is the daughter of Dawn Fleming.
